Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, Seuol Skin does not accept returns on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Once approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been processed.
